4 Permintaan Rasulullah SAW pada Siti Aisyah sebelum tidur

~ Empat Amalan Sebelum Tidur ~

Rasulullah SAW berpesan kepada siti Aisyah ra.

“ Ya, Aisyah! Jangan engkau tidur sebelum melakukan empat perkara iaitu :

1. Sebelum khatam al-Quran
2. Sebelum menjadikan para nabi bersyafaat untukmu di hari kiamat
3. Sebelum para muslimin meridhai engkau
4. Sebelum engkau melaksanakan haji dan umrah “

Bertanya siti Aisyah :
“Ya Rasulullah ! bagaimana aku dapat melaksanakan empat perkara seketika? “

Rasul tersenyum dan bersabda :

1. “Jika engkau akan tidur , membacalah surat al –Ikhlas tiga kali
Seakan-akan engkau telah mengkhatamkan Al-Quran

” Bismillaahirrohmaan irrohiim,
‘Qulhuallaahu ahad’ Allaahushshamad’ lam yalid walam yuulad’ walam yakul lahuu kufuwan ahad’ ( 3x ) “

2. “Membacalah shalawat untukku dan untuk para nabi sebelum aku” maka kami semua akan memberimu syafaat di hari kiamat “

“ Bismillaahirrahmaan irrahiim, Allaahumma shallii ‘alaa Muhammad wa’alaa aalii Muhammad ( 3x ) “

3. “Beristighfarlah” untuk para mukminin maka mereka akan meridhai engkau

“ Astaghfirullaahal adziim aladzii laa ilaaha illaa huwal hayyul qoyyuum wa atuubu ilaih (3x )

4. Dan perbanyaklah “bertasbih, bertahmid , bertahlil dan bertakbir” maka seakan-akan engkau telah melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah

“ Bismillaahirrahmaan irrahiim, Subhanallaahi Walhamdulillaahi walaailaaha illallaahu allaahu akbar ( 3x )

Phewww.. lots of thing had happened this year...
from do great in my work to  being far from my beloved sweetheart..
ahh what a year.. from sweet love, happiness, smiles, to tears and pain inside.
All happened!!
it's new year!! hoping for a better year better memories better moments created everyday.
hoping for a tougher heart ..
ahh really hard to go well in my relationship.. a really far one. have't seen him about 2 months + till now.. how i miss him so much... but well there's always silver lining in every dark cloud...
to all i had done wrong please forgive me.. i may do it on purpose or may be not.. i owe you an apologies. to all who had done wrong to me i forgive you...forget the past creating the new moments..be happy guys.


THANK YOU 2013... it really goes well.. whether i like it or not.. it had come to an end.. thank you so much..

25 Ways to Enter Jannah

As-Salamu Alaykum (peace be upon you),

1. Whoever meets Allah without ascribing anything to Him will enter Jannah. [Bukhari]

2. Whoever believes (has Iman) in Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him), and establishes the prayer and fasts the month of Ramadan, it is incumbent upon Allah that He enters him in Jannah. [Bukhari]

3. Whoever builds a Masjid seeking by it the Pleasure of Allah, Allah will build for him a similar place in Jannah. [Bukhari]

4. Whoever prays the two cool prayers (Asr and Fajr) will enter Jannah. [Bukhari]

5. Whoever goes to the Masjid (every) morning and in the afternoon (for the congregational prayer), Allah will prepare for him an honorable place in Jannah with good hospitality for (what he has done) every morning and afternoon goings. [Bukhari]

6. Whoever can guarantee (the chastity of) what is between his two jaw-bones and what is between his two legs (i.e. his tongue and his private parts), I guarantee Jannah for him. [Bukhari]

7. Whoever prays 12 Rak’ah in the day and night, a house in Jannah will be built for him. [Muslim]

8. Whoever treads a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the path to Jannah. [Muslim]

9. Whoever repeats after the Mu’adthin (the caller to prayer) from his heart (i.e., sincerely) will enter Jannah. [Abu Dawud]

10. There is not one of you who perfects his Wudu and prays two Rak’ah setting about them with his heart as well as his face except that Jannah would be mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud]

11. Whoever says: “I am pleased with Allah as my Rabb, and with Islam as my Deen, and with Muhammad (peace be upon him) as my Prophet, Jannah would be mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud]

12. Whosoever last words are: La ilaha illa Allah, will enter Paradise. [Abu Dawud, Sahih]

13. Whoever says “SubhanAllah al-Adthim wa Bihamdihi, Glorified and Exalted is Allah, The Great, and with His Praise”, a date-palm will planted for him in Jannah. [Tirmidhi]

14. Whoever dies and is free from three: arrogance, grudges and debt will enter Jannah. [Tirmidhi]

15. Whoever raises two girls, he and I will enter Jannah. [Tirmidhi]

16. Whoever calls the Adhan for 12 years, Jannah will become mandatory for him. [Ibn Majah]

17. Whoever asks Allah for Jannah three times, Jannah will say: “O Allah, enter him into Jannah.” [Tirmidhi]

18. Whoever visits an ailing person or a brother of his to seek the Pleasure of Allah, an announcer (angel) calls out: “May you be happy, may your walking be blessed, and may you be awarded a dignified position in Jannah”. [Tirmidhi]

19. Indeed, truthfulness leads to righteousness and indeed righteousness leads to Jannah. [Bukhari]

20. Allah guarantees him who strives in His Cause and whose motivation for going out is nothing but Jihad in His Cause and belief in His Word, that He will admit him into Jannah. [Bukhari]

21. O people, spread the salaam (greetings), feed the hungry, and pray while the people are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace. [Tirmidhi]

22. (The performance of) Umrah is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the previous Umrah; and the reward of Hajj Mabrur (i.e., one accepted) is nothing but Jannah. [Bukhari]

23. Allah has ninety-nine Names, one hundred minus one, and whoever believes in their meanings and acts accordingly, will enter Jannah. [Bukhari]

24. I saw a man going about in Jannah (and enjoying himself) as a reward for cutting from the middle of the road, a tree which was causing inconvenience to the Muslims. [Muslim]

25. O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You created me and I am You servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You. “If somebody recites this invocation during the day, and if he should die then, he will be from the people of Jannah. And if he recites it in the night, and if he should die on the same day, he will be from the people of Jannah.” [Bukhari]

AKU DAN HOSPITAL (PERENGGAN KE TIGA)

Assalamu'alaikum..

 hai hai hai.. how's weekend guys?? best?? apa je korang buat?? mesti best kan.. apa??? ada yang duk lam bilik jek?? lepak r.. sekali sekala duk lah lam bilik jugak... (>_<)

Nampak tajuk tu?? nampak hebat kan?? ahahhha kemain kau.. ahahah.. yep yep..  ni nak sambung cerita lain.. da perenggan ke tiga dah wehh.. ahahhaa...suka sangat kan huuuu.... selama 2 minggu aku tak update pasal hospital kan sebenarnyakan aku da kursus ventilator .. nak lah cerita sikit apa aku belajar 2 minggu tu...

huuuuu OK taw tak ventilator tu apa??? owwwhhh tak taw ke.. ok ok.. ni salah satu contoh mesin ventilator. Jenama lain, lain la bentuk rupa dia. Ni antara yang latest version. pernah tengok?? baguslah kalau pernah tengok.. kalau tak pernah ini dia salah satu jenis mesin ventilator yang up-to-date sikit untuk di tontonkan semua... heee =D.

Tau kegunaan dia??? ni di kira salah satu alat bantuan pernafasan. biasanya pesakit yang susah bernafas atau tak boleh bernafas langsung. Jadi mesin ni akan tolong nafaskan untuk diorang..itupun tak semualah.. ada situasi dengan mode mesin tu tersendiri.. fuhhh kalau nak explain panjang tu.. huuuu...adess...ni adalah sikit gambar nak tunjuk benda berkaitan.. Yang penting jelah tunjuk ok.. 

OK.. yang ni mesin vatilator.. tapi dengan mode CPAP atau BIPAP

Apa maksud mode ni? 

CPAP ( Continuous positive airway pressure) = pesakit 100% akan bernafas sendiri, tetapi sekiranya pesakit tak mempunyai nafas (apnea) serta merta mesin ini akan mengesan ketiadaan pernafasan pesakit dan sekaligus membantu pesakit untuk bernafas. 

BIPAP ( Bilevel @ biphasis positive airway pressure) = Pesakit bernafas dengan bantuan mesin. di mana mesin akan memberi oxygen sepenuhnya kepada pesakit dan membantu paru-paru mengembang sekaligus membuka ruang lebih besar untuk oxygen masuk ke dalam paru-paru pesakit. 

bunyi hebat kan?? ahahahahha... ok...tu 2 mode yang popular untuk pesakit yang sedar tapi memerlukan bantuan pernafasan.

ok NEXT.. untuk pesakit yang tak boleh langsung bernafas sendiri, doktor biasanya akan terus sedate pesakit (pesakit tidak sedarkan diri) dan masukkan tiub yang di panggil (ETT- Endotracheal tube) terus ke paru-paru dan disambungkan ke mesin ventilator untuk bantuan pernafasan. 

Ini adalah contoh ETT yang dah di masukkan. 

biasanya pesakit akan berada dalam fasa tidak sedar setelah diberi sedative oleh doktor. 

Antara mode yang digunakan adalah SIMV dan CMV.

SIMV (Synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation) = mesin dan pesakit akan bernafas secara selang-seli

CMV ( Continuous mandatory ventilation ) = 100% oxygen di beri terus ke dalam paru-paru pesakit dalam keadaan pesakit tidak sedar. 

ok.. lagi hebatkan?? ehheheh.. ok secara amnya itulah serba sedikit yang aku belajar masa kursus 2 minggu haritu.. ada jugalah belajar tentang nursing care patient dengan mesin ventilator ni. calculation untuk sedation yang nak diberi pada pesakit pun ada..fuhhh banyak lagi.. ahahahaha...

oleh kerana ini je mampu untuk ditulis.. yang lain kalau ada terasa nak sambung cerita akan di ceritakan.. ehehhehehe.. KALAU ya.. mungkin one day =D.. hehehe..

OK. lepas 2 hari teori, kami pusing wad tengok pesakit yang guna mesin ventilator ni tengok balik setting dia, sama atau tidak dengan order dari doktor. Ubat sedation yang mereka guna betul ke amount yang di bagi. dan tak lupa jga NURSING CARE pesakit... great experience. lagi-lagi untuk freshie macam aku ni.. hahahahahaha... 

Not bad though. Learning process never end. (>_<) . makin paham makin mahir.. ecewaahhh gitu kan.. ahhahaha... boleh tak nak ambil speciality in ICU?? ahhaahha ok berangan.. huhuhuuh... ada rezeki mana-mana adalah nanti =D. Just pray for the best.

itu je la kot yang mampu di kongsi untuk perenggan ke tiga ni.. hehehehe...kalau ada salah tolong betulkan ok =D.

ingat lagi tak masa sekolah belajar poet ni.. sweet kan.. ok sebetulnya takdelah begitu sastera aku ni tapi aku sukalah benda benda macam ni walaupun tak secara serius tapi sekali sekala mengadap jugak..

amaze how can his write be known all over the world and never be forgotten. how great he was that made he be remembered till now. 

ok.. jadi overall poet nie adalah pasal cinta bagaimana dia abadikan kecantikan kekasih hati dalam sebuah puisi. dan juga dinyatakan di akhir puisi selagi mana puisi ini hidup selagi itu dia (kekasih hati) akan hidup.

F.A.S.T. test

ASSALAMU'ALAIKUM HYE GUYS WE MEET AGAIN.. hmmm tajuk macam berinfo kan haaa... sikitlah sebab ada terbaca tadi hahaha.. ok.. so hari ni nak cakap sikit pasal test ni.. nama di beri F.A.S.T Test.. sebab dia?? haa tgok lah bawah tu jap lagi cerita ok..  oleh kerana di copy paste jadi dalam bahasa inggeris maaf ok.. moga dapat sama-sama sedikit ilmu (>_<)

the National Stroke Association's F.A.S.T. test advises, To recognize a stroke,do FAST before calling the paramedics,:

If in any place one of your friend happen to fall and hit the head, try this simple test.. few minutes time may save someone's life. 

ok senangnya macam nie andai kata one day masa tengah berjalan ke sembang-sembang ditakdirkan kawan kamu kamu nie jatuh dan kepalanya terhantuk. nampak biasa kan?? ye memang biasa. bukanlah kata semua jatuh terhantuk dibahagian kepala tu akan dapat stroke tapi peratusan untuk dapat tu mudah jadi tak salah untuk berhati-hati kan. ok seandainya terjadi lakukan test ni dekat mereka.. seandainya terdapat salah satu dekat mereka sila rujuk di hospital berdekatan dengan segera.. dan ini dia maksud  F.A.S.T. test tersebut.. 

(F)ACE. assess the facial expression . Ask the person to smile. Check to see if one side of the face droop. -it could be weakness on right or left

(A)RMS

.. check the mobility of the arms and legs. Ask the person to raise both arms. See if one arm drifts downward.

(S)PEECH

. assess the cognitive function. Ask the person to repeat a simple sentence. Check to see if words are slurred and if the sentence is repeated correctly.

(T)IME

. If a person shows any of these symptoms, time is essential. It is important to get to the hospital as quickly as possible. Call 9-1-1. Act FAST.
